Our Seanóirs (Facilitators/Elders)

Lee Bradley
Coordinator, Community Liaison & Seanóir
Lee has taught in both Steiner and Montessori schools and worked for many years as a lead classroom teacher, specialising in reading therapy with neurodivergent students. Following a call to connect deeply to the natural world around her and bring that into learning spaces after years of feeling stifled by the unnatural standard school system, she established a nature-based and blended philosophy kindergarten in Northern Arizona, USA.
In pursuit of a desire to raise her own child in a slow, mindful way, through connection with nature, Lee stepped away from teaching in schools and worked remotely as a curriculum manuscript writer and editor while obtaining post-baccalaureate certification in Herbal Medicine. She also took multiple postgraduate courses in Health and Wellness Coaching and Nutrition.
Lee’s heart led approach guides her in her work; caring and advocating for children, animals and other oppressed groups from a young age.
Aware that oppression comes in many forms, Lee began her journey of deschooling, focusing on trusting, supporting and listening to young people as opposed to imposing on and coercing them as they learn. Lee believes that children and young people are already wholly themselves and that it is our job as adults to honour and support them as they grow in love and compassion.

Jazz Patel-Bolger
Coordinator, Forest School Leader & Seanóir
Jazz's educational experiences began in Steiner primary school followed by a Quaker boarding school for second level. These spaces provided her with opportunities to create, share stories and explore wild spaces with confidence and joy, no doubt setting the tone for her future endeavours.
Given that her parents heritage was mixed–her father originally from Offaly and her mother from Gujarat, India–she was exposed very early to two cultures, giving her a deep sense of care and compassion for other minorities and the balance which exists when you do not fully belong to the dominant culture or group.
Jazz earned a Bachelor’s degree in Deaf Studies, with a focus on cognitive development, linguistics, language acquisition and ethics, from Trinity College, Dublin. Following this, she travelled the world from Nicaragua to Australia to Vietnam, volunteering with many different cultural and minority groups.
Recently, Jazz has completed a Permaculture Design Course and has obtained her Forest School Leader qualification. She is a co-founder of Eldertree Community Group which was set up in 2021 to facilitate nature connection sessions for children and their families.
Jazz feels strongly about the importance of time spent playing in/with nature. She is passionate about growing food, caring for trees, cooking, reading and making/creating. She is an advocate for autonomy in self directed learning for all learners and is excited to be involved in Wild Earth.

Aoibhín Stapleton
Coordinator, Forest School Leader & Seanóir
Aoibhín comes from a background of working with young people in diverse environments. After graduating with a bachelors degree in Biomedical Science, she began travelling and got involved with youth-centred projects in Palestine, Morocco and France. Through her experience, she discovered a passion for work that directly engages young people with the wider community.
Through youth work, she has led projects that amplify and uplift voices from within marginalised communities, particularly the LGBTQ+ community. This work has shown her how important it is to question whose voice is not being heard in a conversation and to further question why that is.
Her love for the natural world and its inhabitants fosters a curiosity in her that can only be described as a commitment to lifelong learning. Currently completing her Forest School Leadership training, she is wildly passionate about nature connection, its benefits for our well-being and the important role it can play in this turning point of humanity. She holds great excitement for sharing this passion with others.
Aoibhín recognises the need of each young person to feel seen, heard and valued—which can present itself in many different ways. She believes acting out of compassion and respect for each person is a way to remind ourselves of this innate need and to foster positive connection with others.
Aoibhín is a nature enthusiast with a strong interest in DIY, sustainable crafting and poetry. She’s excited to learn from each young person at Wild Earth while supporting their individual learning in whatever way she can.
